Opswell ("Opswell," "we," "us") provides AI process-automation services for finance and operations. You can reach us at hello@opswell.ai.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form or email us, we collect what you provide, typically your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and any comments.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information (such as IP address and request logs) needed to deliver and secure the site.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager or the gtag script) to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, referrals, and similar). These may set first-party cookies or use similar storage.
- Forms and CRM. Form submissions and related contact activity are processed by HubSpot, which may set cookies for form delivery, spam protection, and CRM analytics.
- We do not sell your information to advertisers, and we do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and arrange your free Snapshot or other services.
- To communicate with you about your request, by email, phone, or text, as you have agreed.
- To operate, secure, and improve our site and services, including understanding which pages and tools are useful.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — including website hosting (Vercel), form and CRM (HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics 4), email, and calendar booking — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of further contact, at any time by emailing hello@opswell.ai.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Work we perform for clients runs in the client's own environment; we do not move client data into systems of our own.
Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
